L’aspetto importante rispetto ad altri prodotti, è la nostra assistenza tecnica da remoto (invio info aggiuntive, consigli o ulteriori DLL per sviluppare) ed help desk telefonico ad orari di ufficio.
All’interno del kit vi è un applicativo che consente di riconoscere i diversi tipi di smartcard, identificate automaticamente dopo l’inserimento, è completo di funzioni che a basso livello consentono di scrivere sulle smart card a memoria per effettuare applicazioni personalizzate.
